This 4-week foundation course will introduce you to the practice of Iyengar Yoga.
You will progress through the classical standing postures and learn the basic principles of the Iyengar
method, culminating in the introduction of shoulder stand during the final week (week 4). The class is suitable for those new to yoga, returning after a break, or practitioners who seek to learn the fundamentals Iyengar. Following the completion of a Foundation course, you can progress confidently to Level 1 and 2.
